Last I checked I was 330 pounds… which is insane. I never thought in my life, to ever reach this level of weight because of a medication that caused weight gain. It’s been since 2018/2019 that I have been this size. Before that I was about 230 pounds, and even before that I was a healthy 170 pounds. I used this calculator on this website and it told me my healthy weight is in between 144 lbs and 194 lbs. Take a look below…

So to get from 330 pounds back down to 170 pounds, that’s technically 160 pounds that I have to lose. I fear that I may have to deal with excess skin at that target but, what do I have to lose?. If you are going through a similar journey please leave a comment down below.
Anyways, incase you were wondering how I am going to achieve this target goal of 170 pounds, do not despair, I will explain this now. 1 meal a day is the plan and to fast all day until around 5-6pm then I will hit the gym, completely skipping dinner that my room mates usually throw around this time, and I will return anywhere from 9pm to 10pm. I will eat some sort of soup before I leave to work out and will drink water all throughout my journey.
Obviously cardio is all ill by doing at the gym and not really lifting weights very much. Apparently this diet is called OMAD (One Meal A Day), and I will be discussing this with my doctor, no worries!. If you decide you want to do something similar please talk to your doctor too. I will also be posting progress pictures on here (starting with my second post) just to show you guys where I am starting out from. Cheers and stay tuned for more.
